QSA-LLC Wins $182.7 Million U.S. Special Operations Command Contract

S2Technologies is excited to announce that QSA-LLC, its joint venture with Belcan Government Solutions, has been awarded a $182.7 million contract for Global Systems Support Engineers (GSSE) by the U.S. Special Operations Command, Special Operations Forces Digital Applications Program Executive Office (PEO-SDA).

This work will deliver software-agnostic field support across the SOF Enterprise for forward-deployed users, global situation awareness for operational commanders, provide advanced analytic intelligence support, and fuse tactical with strategic capabilities in combination with technical and analytical mission planning and execution systems. These mission critical field services include engineering and technical administration, embedded data integration services, analytical support and mentorship for workflow development, data source integration, and expert utilization of rapidly emerging software capabilities to warfighters at the edge.

“We are pleased to be selected by the U.S. Special Operations Command to lead the delivery of and training on rapidly emerging intelligence, operations, and tactical capabilities across the warfighting functions to enrich Joint All Domain Command and Control,” said Maggie Stein, Managing Venturer of QSA. “The remarkable teammates who have come together to staff the GSSE contract combine decades of experience in support of multi-echelon cross-component operations, intelligence and tactical mission activities.

The work will be performed in both the continental U.S.; and outside the U.S. and is expected to continue into 2030. U.S. Special Operations Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity.
