Throughout his career, he has successfully led mission-critical cybersecurity and IT modernization efforts across DHS, DoD, and Civilian agencies—including CISA, USCIS, DISA, and the Department of Treasury—earning a reputation for aligning advanced technical solutions with real-world mission objectives.
Mike has built and scaled high-performing teams, managed enterprise programs, and developed winning strategies that have resulted in more than $500 million in federal and commercial contract awards. His deep understanding of cybersecurity operations, combined with a sharp focus on growth and innovation, makes him an invaluable addition to Zen Strategics as we expand our footprint and strengthen our support for government and industry partners. As CGO, Michael will lead our growth strategy—driving business development, capture excellence, and strategic expansion as we continue supporting our clients’ most critical missions.
