DMI Appoints former SEC CIO and CTO Chuck Riddle as Strategic Advisor for Federal IT Services

DMI, a full-stack IT services and managed solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Chuck Riddle as Strategic Advisor for Federal IT Services. Riddle will leverage his extensive federal technology leadership experience to advance DMI’s growth strategy across civilian and financial agencies while supporting the new administration’s commitment to government efficiency and modernization.

With nearly two decades of senior government service, Riddle brings proven expertise in large-scale IT operations, infrastructure management, and delivering measurable results. His appointment comes as federal agencies increasingly prioritize streamlined operations and cost-effective technology solutions that enable mission success.

“Chuck’s appointment reflects our commitment to helping federal agencies achieve more efficient, secure operations through proven delivery excellence,” said Lance Riddle, President & GM, Public Sector at DMI. “His deep understanding of federal IT challenges and track record of delivering results will be invaluable as agencies focus on operational excellence and measurable outcomes.”

Riddle’s distinguished career includes senior leadership roles as Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where he led comprehensive operational improvements. He also served as CIO at the U.S. Government Publishing Office and CTO at the USDA Food Safety Inspection Service, consistently delivering efficiency gains and measurable results.

“I joined DMI because of their focus on delivering results rather than just implementing technology,” said Chuck Riddle. “Their commitment to helping agencies achieve their missions resonates with my government experience. I look forward to helping agencies maximize their technology investments while delivering value to taxpayers.”

In his advisory role, Riddle will guide DMI’s strategic initiatives across civilian and financial agencies, inform solution development, and ensure delivery strategies align with evolving federal requirements and efficiency mandates.
