CSCI, known for its strong performance in federal financial and information technology services, is pleased to announce the award of a multi-year $150M Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide accounting and financial management services to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Under this BPA, CSCI will deliver mission-critical financial services to HHS—strengthening internal controls, boosting audit readiness, and driving transparency, traceability, and integrity in federal spending. This work directly supports current government-wide priorities to promote good governance and data integrity, reduce improper payments, and enable evidence-based decision making through modern, data-driven financial management and IT solutions.
With prior experience managing performance objectives and audit resolution under the previous HHS BPA, CSCI brings a seasoned team prepared to scale quickly, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver tailored, cost-effective solutions.
Executive Director of Business Development Miranda Pannell shared, “CSCI is honored to continue supporting HHS in its efforts to advance financial auditability and strengthen program integrity. The Department’s strategic commitment to financial transparency, data standardization, and systems interoperability aligns closely with the government’s modernization and efficiency goals, and it is a mission we’re proud to support.”
The HHS award builds on CSCI’s twenty-plus year track record of supporting agencies in achieving financial excellence, enhancing transparency, and meeting complex compliance demands—and reflects the company’s continued momentum as a trusted federal partner.
