The Social Security Administration (SSA) has a need to secure the services of a contractor to administer Social Security’s Ticket to Work program. This free and voluntary program is available to adult beneficiaries of Social Security Disability Insurance and/or Supplemental Security Income who want to work and need assistance to do so.
Objectives
SSA intends to secure the services of a Ticket Program Manager (TPM) that will enable SSA to meet the objectives of the Ticket Program as summarized below:
- Conduct Outreach through broad based and targeted marketing to beneficiaries;
- Ensure Timely and Accurate Communication with beneficiaries;
- Facilitate beneficiary access to ENs;
- Recruit experienced and highly qualified ENs;
- Assist SSA to facilitate and monitor active Ticket Program participation by ENs;
- Administer the Ticket assignment and EN/VR payment processes;
- Assist SSA to ensure the quality and integrity of EN Ticket services; and
- Coordinate and merge into a seamless effort all beneficiary and EN marketing, outreach, training, support and tracking.
