Nearly a year to the day after they awarded this BPA to fulfill a Department of Treasury/Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requirement for expert and objective strategic, technical, program management and implementation advice and guidance to support IRS strategic objectives, the agency killed off the remaining Prime contracts.
While more procedural than anything, the agency terminated the final active Prime BPAs this week. This action took place months after the initial few Prime BPAs were “closed out”.
No work was performed on the contracts, so this was clearly not related to performance in any way.
