On the heels of learning that two JVs had made strategic moves (details below) we learn that two more recently secured a Prime spot on the restricted pool for this MATOC which is intended to consolidate and streamline critical engineering expertise to research, design, develop, implement, integrate, and optimize DOD IT capabilities, systems, and solutions.
